Guest Preference Groups We've just added the capability to have groups of Guest Preferences! This enables you to have more than one group of options on your RSVP form where recipients choose one (or more) option from each group. For example, lets say your event is a business meeting from 8am to 1pm. Meals are included for your attendees and they can choose what they would prefer for breakfast, what they'd prefer for lunch, or indicate they will not be participating in one or both meals. For breakfast, they can choose between a Country style breakfast with sausage, biscuits & gravy, and scrambled eggs, or a European style breakfast with ham, fruit and a toasted bagel. For the lunch choices, recipients can choose between the soup with sandwich option or the chef's salad. You can now set up your preferences to look like this... Your recipients will be able to choose which food choices they'd prefer for each meal! In this example, users are allowed to choose ONE item from each section. You can have as many sections as you need, as many options in each section as you need, plus you can allow users to choose only ONE item, or multiple items in each section. HINT: Response to the Preferences is REQUIRED, so you'll want to add an option such as the "I will not be attending..." option shown above for those who won't be participating in one or all options. This new option will come in handy for all sorts of things you may need to offer your recipients. Finding Local Suppliers/Vendors If you need supplies from a local vendor, or even a local spot that offers... say, Funnel Cakes, SendAnInvite has a search tool you're going to love! From your main account page, you'll see a menu item on the left side entitled "Event Supplies". Click there and enter what you're looking for and where you want to find it. You'll be shown results and even a map displaying the locations of the item you're looking for! Most result entries also have reviews you can check out to help you make the best decision possible!
