Sometimes, with work and everyday life, you're just too busy to design your invitation and set up your RSVP form. We understand this. That's why we now offer a Full Service Option on SendAnInvite.
Just send us an email with all the details of your event, any additional information you may require from your guests, if there are any space availability issues, and the date you need the RSVP's submitted by and we'll do the work for you.
We'll create your invitation/announcement, complete with all the details and any specific images or a general "look" that you may have requested.
We'll format the RSVP page, including "What To Bring" lists, Preferences, or any Additional Information you may require from your guests. We'll also set up any Space Availability limits you may have so there's no worry of guest overflow!
We'll manage your mailing list, including importing your mailing list as well as taking care of Bounces and any Unsubscribes.
Upon your approval, we'll send your invitation to your mailing list. This includes sending Reminders a week or two before your event.
We'll send you a weekly report of the activity your invitation has generated. This report contains Total Views, Unique Views, and the number of RSVP's.
You can either log in to your account to see your RSVP's or request the information be included in your weekly report. All this for $20 per invitation page plus emailing costs.
To order this option, please contact us at Accounts@SendAnInvite.com. We'll have you up and running in no time!
How to Add Video to Invitations
Did you know you can add video from YouTube.com or PhotoBucket.com to your invitations? You can!
Both sites offer URL's for sharing videos from their site. Here's how you embed the video to your invitation or announcement:
-
While in the Editing Window for you invitation, put your cursor where you want the video to appear. It's best to place it where you'll have plenty of room for the video window.
-
Click on the Insert HTML button in the editor... it looks like an H with lines above and below it.
-
Insert the code for the video from the site... on YouTube.com, it's the Embed code, while on PhotoBucket.com use the code for the HTML Tag.
-
Click OK, and you're done!
Here's a couple of examples. Click the links below to view an invitation with the video inserted.
If you use SendAnInvite for a business, you can insert a short training video, a video message from the CEO or boss, or a short video of last year's event!
If you create your own videos, you can use that too! It's a great way to add interest in your invitation, and your recipients are a little less likely to forget about it too soon!
As always, if you find you need any assistance with this, let us know!
