Using Your Own Time Zone
Have you noticed that if you mouse over a name on your RSVP list you get a small time stamp box that tells you exactly when that person responded? Have you noticed the time isn't your time zone? Now you can set the appropriate time zone for your account!
Just log into your account and go to the Account Settings link located in the left menu bar. In the bottom of the area for your address you'll see a Time Zone setting. Just choose the option that fits your zone and your time stamps will reflect your current and correct time.
New & Improved Invitation Layout
You're probably familiar with the invitation layout that has the buttons (RSVP, Print, Tell A Friend, etc.) across the top or bottom of the invitation. We've added a new layout that is, quite frankly, a huge improvement for your overall design!
This is the old familiar layout. The green area is the body of your invitation and the white area is the button area.

This is the new layout. Again, the green area is the body of your invitation and the white area is the button area. The new button area contains your logo (or the SendAnInvite logo if you don't have one defined), all the buttons (RSVP, Print, Tell A Friend, etc.), and a Host Information box.
One of the coolest things about this new layout is that this area automatically scrolls down as your recipient scrolls down the invitation... making the RSVP constantly in view! To see this "in action", click HERE.
If you'd like to change your layout from the old to the new, or vice versa, click on the GENERAL link located under the Settings header found in your right-hand menu bar on the Events & Invitations page.
New Public Events Areas
Are you involved in the planning of an event that's "Open To The Public"? Now you can list it in our new Public Events areas for FREE!
Just create your invitation/announcement and mark it as a Public event in the invitation settings. Not only will your entry be listed on the Public Events area on the font page of SendAnInvite, but it will also be displayed on the HOME page of all SendAnInvite account holders!

We've added a blog to your list of menu items. It's still in it's infancy but we hope you'll participate by leaving comments or suggesting topics. This is the first of a few ideas we've got cooking to help make SendAnInvite more of a "sharing community".
