Promotion Through Appreciation
If you or your business hosts numerous events, you know how important promotion is!
Of course it's more than an issue of etiquette to send Thank You notes, but you can also take this opportunity to let your guests know about your next event.
In the body of the Thank You message, consider adding something like "Watch for our announcement of next month's event!" If you know what and when the event will be you can add more detail to entice your recipients even more!
This not only lets your guests feel their attendance was appreciated, but it also gives them that warm, fuzzy feeling that you'd like to invite them to your next gathering.
How To Use Multiple Logos
In the "normal" operation of SendAnInvite, the general "rule of thumb" for logos is one per account. However, with a little imagination, you can actually use different logos for individual invitations within one account.
The usual logo location is the area right above the RSVP buttons. However there's no set rule that says this image HAS to be a logo. Let's say you're designing an invitation for a Day Hike for one company, and another for a Happy Hour for a different company. For the Day Hike, add in a hiking picture for the logo area, while the Happy Hour invitation could have an image of a cocktail or even a clock in the logo area. Then in the body of the invitations themselves, add the respective logos as the invitation image.
Since SendAnInvite is built with so much flexibility in the ways it can be used, this is perfectly fine to do and adds a little different perspective on the invitations.
Non-Business Solutions for Logos
If your events are not business related, you can still utilize the logo area! Just think of it as an extra spot to add an image. Here are some quick examples and ideas...
On a wedding or anniversary invitation, you can have a wedding-themed image on the invitation body then add a picture of the happy couple in the logo area.
For a birthday or graduation, how about a childhood picture of the birthday guy/girl!
Scary movie night? What about that monster picture that just gives you the creeps!
You can even add a picture of yourself! The possibilities are endless!
