New RSVP Tracking Function
So how many times have you seen an RSVP where the recipient responded using a different email address than the one to which you originally sent the invitation?
It happens. And it can make things quite confusing at times.
We've come up with a solution that should make things a bit easier for you. Now, if this happens, you'll see a notation on your RSVP list that says "Originally sent to..." and it will list the email address originally used by you when you sent the invitation!
Keep in mind that if you're sending Reminders to those recipients that have not yet responded or RSVP'd to your event, that original email address will be included in the list. This is simply due to the fact that as far as the system is concerned, there was no response from that original email address. You might want to add a note on the Reminder email saying something like "If you have already RSVP'd, please disregard this Reminder."
As the holiday season draws closer, you may find you're just too busy (or exhausted) to design your invitations and set up your RSVP forms. We understand this. That's why we wanted to remind you of the Full Service Option on SendAnInvite. We'll manage your mailing list, including importing your mailing list as well as taking care of Bounces and any Unsubscribes. Upon your approval, we can send your invitation to your mailing list for you. This includes sending Reminders a week or two before your event. We'll send you a weekly report of the activity your invitation has generated. This report contains Total Views, Unique Views, and the number of RSVP's. You can either log in to your account to see your RSVP's or request the information be included in your weekly report. All this for $20 per invitation page plus emailing costs.
