SendAnInvite Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers SendAnInvite's treatment of personally identifiable information that SendAnInvite collects when you are on the SendAnInvite site, and when you use SendAnInvite's services. This policy also covers SendAnInvite's treatment of any personally identifiable information that SendAnInvite's business partners share with SendAnInvite.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that SendAnInvite does not own or control, or to people that SendAnInvite does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

SendAnInvite collects personally identifiable information when you register for a SendAnInvite account, when you use certain SendAnInvite products or services, when you visit SendAnInvite pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. SendAnInvite may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

When you register with SendAnInvite, we ask for your name, address, city, state, email address, age group, and zip code. Once you register with SendAnInvite and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

SendAnInvite also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your, SendAnInvite cookie information and the page you requested.

SendAnInvite uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

SendAnInvite will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. This includes your email address or any email addresses you enter as part of a guestlist. SendAnInvite will not ever share or sell any guest or recipients email address.

SendAnInvite will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  1. We have your consent to share the information;
  2. We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  3. We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of SendAnInvite to provide a product or service to you.   5. We find that your actions on our web sites violate the SendAnInvite Terms of Service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.


SendAnInvite may set and access a cookie on your computer. SendAnInvite cookies are used to save settings which allow SendAnInvite to "remember" who you are if you leave the site and come back at a later time.

SendAnInvite allows companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to SendAnInvite's cookies.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

SendAnInvite gives you the ability to edit your SendAnInvite Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want SendAnInvite to contact you about specials and new products.

You may request deletion of your SendAnInvite account by sending an email to SendAnInvite Accounts with the text CLOSE ACCOUNT in the subject line and your email address and SendAnInvite account password in the message body of the e-mail.


SendAnInvite places unsubscribed email addresses into a "DO NOT EMAIL" list whenever a recipient unsubscribes via an invitation email they receive. Once an address is in this list, any attempts by account holders to send email to that address will be prevented. The "DO NOT EMAIL" list is not shared, sold or distributed in any manner and is strictly used by SendAnInvite as a means to prevent unsolicited email.


SendAnInvite will grant refunds for closed accounts on a case-by-case basis. To received the maximum refund allowed, the user must provide a detailed email stating the reason for closing his/her account, the user's SendAnInvite password, date the account was opened, and date of account closure. This email will be submitted to the Refund Panel for consideration.


Your SendAnInvite Account Information is stored on a secure web-hosting site ( ). SendAnInvite is not responsible for any data loss arising from problems or errors which may occur on our web-hosting site.

All monetary transactions are completed using PayPal ( and PayPal's Technology and Security. SendAnInvite does not view, have access to, or store such information such as credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, or any such financial information and thus is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

SendAnInvite may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages or via e-mail.
