Now In Beta - Accept Payments!

We're excited to announce another new feature for SendAnInvite users! Starting tomorrow, February 1st, we're launching a beta version that will allow you to be able to accept payments through your invitations/announcements!

Do you send invitations to seminars, concerts, classes, or anything that has tickets or admission fees? Now you can offer your recipients the opportunity to make their purchase during the RSVP process! The payments would go directly to your PayPal account and you will be billed at the end of the month for the Service Fee.

The Service Fee is 2% of the ticket/admission price with a minimum of $.80. For example: If your ticket price/admission fee is $20.00, you'll be charged .80 for each purchase made through the invitation. If your ticket price/admission fee is $41.00, you'll be charged 2% (.82) for each purchase. If your ticket price/admission fee is $100.00, you'll be charged 2% ($2.00) for each purchase. 

You must have a PayPal account to use the payment feature. SendAnInvite works exclusively with PayPal because of their lower fees and proven reputation in the field of payment acceptance. Signing up for a PayPal Business account is free and can be done by visiting the PayPal Sign Up page.

We're planning on running the beta version through the month of February before releasing the final version. If you're interested in participating in the beta version, please contact us at accounts@sendaninvite.com and we'll get you set up and ready to roll!


Using Your Logo

You can include your logo on your mailings to your recipients. To do this, visit your Account Settings located in the red bar at the top of your Account Page. Click on the Settings link on the left side and you'll see an "Account Logo" area. From here, you can upload a logo and assign it to your account.

Please keep the logo image to approximately 100 pixels in height. If you need help resizing the logo, we'll be happy to assist you!

Once the logo is uploaded, click on it to assign it to your account. Your logo will then be displayed on the initial invitation emails, as well as the RSVP forms. It will also be in the header of your invitation if you are using "Layout 2" that contains the side boxes. If you are using "Layout 1" with the buttons across the top/bottom, you can add the logo to the body of your invitation.
